The lodge is nicely hidden in the very heart of the African bush. At Kruger Phuti Camp you find 5 charming chalets.
When booking the entire camp, you have the option of being self-catering or book your stay with your own chef, maid and full safari excursions. The five chalets has a total capacity of 10 adults and five children.
Kruger Phuti Chalets
- The Chalets offer rustic African charm with thatched roofs that blend beautifully into the African landscape.
- All chalets have private facilities, a double queen-size bed and enough space in the chalets for an extra bed for a child.
- A discreet footpath leads directly down to the swimming pool and the large communal lodge.
Great facilities at Kruger Phuti Camp
Kruger Phuti Camp offers the complete relaxation.
Not only is the accommodation excellent, but the facilities at the main lodge invite the nice, familiar atmosphere that makes most people really comfortable.
At the premises you find a swimming pool with deck chairs. Here you have a great view towards the wildlife at the nearby waterhole. At night enjoy dinner at the designated dining area and have your coffee or drink at the elevated terrace with a boma and excellent view of the surrounding bush and waterhole.
This Camp is often used by family groups or corporate trips in order to get to know each other even better. All our accommodation at Kruger Phuti Camp is air-conditioned, en-suite bathrooms and equipped with mosquito nets.
All are tastefully decorated with quality linens and various textures to compliment the earthy colors.
Game drives
Game drives are always the highlight with our huge private concession that stretches over 12 000 ha of pristine wilderness in the Balule Nature Reserve, sharing open borders with the world renowned Kruger National Park. We pride ourselves in being home to the Big 5. Enjoying your sundowner stop between rocky outcrops characterising this terrain and a breakfast picnic with front views of the Olifants River making this an interesting region to explore while on safari.
Plains game encounters on all-terrain vehicles and an abundance of bird life for the avid birders on a boat safari are some activities to choose from and that you can look forward to experiencing during your stay with us.
In between the morning and evening activities, there will be more than enough time for rest and relaxation.
Meals included or not? The choice is yours!
Are you travelling as a group, and have booked the entire camp you choose if you prefer to include all meals with or without beverages or not. In other words: We tailor your group-safari to match your needs.
If no groups are staying at the Phuti Camp, you can in fact book one of the love chalets or the house for yourself. In that case, the house is always self catering (unless you specific book meals), and staying at the chalet is always including meals.
